Like Web hosting, Email hosting works the same and is again a space on a server that stores your emails.
Due to our websites being made from ready-to-edit themes instead of fully custom coded websites, this reduces the amount of hours required to build a website and in-turn means we can offer cheaper websites built a-lot quicker.
There can be a few downsides in terms of editing the look of the design and the way the website can function due to limitations in the theme, however, using my experience and knowledge there’s always things I can do to implement the ideas you have that the theme may limit.
